About the Team It s an exciting time to be working at Bath & North East Somerset as we complete our organisational change programme that is transforming the way we work, and we embark on a period of significant investment in housing, infrastructure and our estate regeneration. The council s ambition over the coming years is to scale up our housing delivery capacity through an established pipeline of over 3000 homes on land the Council controls. About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of our major housing projects (300 homes per site). In accordance with the council s project systems, you will have responsibility for assembling, promoting and progressing complex housing projects from inception to completion and handover. You will be accountable for financial, planning, technical, legal, and procurement (incl. competitive tendering & frameworks) aspect of delivery.
