Youll be joining a technical service desk teamproviding IT hardware & software support to Primary care settings across Scotland. Youll deal with around 10-15 calls per day of varying degrees of complexity covering the full range of GP practice software and healthcare solutions, as well as a range of general IT issues covering both hardware and software. Youll be working to different service levels and KPIs, deliveringexceptional customer service and ensuring a superb customer experience time after time. Is this you? You might be the go to person forfriends and family assisting with all theirtechnical issues IT is not just a job for you - it's a passion Youve probably studied IT at school, college or University and may have a CompTIA certificate or similar.
