Clinical Psychotherapist—Eating Disorder Service

Band 7, 0.5 WTE (2.5 days) – 18.75 hours part‑time permanent post.
Overview
An exciting opportunity to join our established adult community Eating Disorders Team. The post is permanent. You will be joining an experienced and welcoming Multidisciplinary Team that highly values psychotherapeutic work. Remote/hybrid working options are available, with a requirement to work from the office on certain days to meet service needs.
Responsibilities
* Providing talking therapies to clients with eating disorders.
* Supervising and training other staff.
* Acting as part of the Multi‑Disciplinary Team.
* Carrying a caseload of complex clients and contributing to team management of the most complex cases.
* Direct clinical work, supervision, consultation, teaching, service development, and guiding clients’ psychological care from a trauma‑informed perspective.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience of eating disorders is necessary.
* Professional and clinical supervision will be provided.
* There will be multiple opportunities to develop specialist clinical skills and undertake further training.
Additional Information
All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme. P2C offers up to three weeks training to support you to meet induction and initial training requirements.
