Cover Supervisor

* £110 - £120 p/day
Veritas Education are currently working with a secondary school in the Redcar area who are needing a cover supervisor to work on a long-term supply basis. This school is part of a successful multi academy trust now looking to appoint a high calibre Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team.
Requirements:
* Confident and forward-thinking individuals
* Be able to deliver pre-planned work up to 30 pupils at a time
* The ability to manage behaviour effectively and follow instructions
* Experience working with secondary pupils aged 11-16 years
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be applied for)
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of coaching and/or delivering sporting/extracurricular activities to pupils of all ages and abilities
* Relevant experience of working in a secondary school setting
* Passion for supporting pupils, especially those from disadvantaged background
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help young people thrive
* Have a flexible approach to work.
