An International Integrated energy corporation is recruiting a HR Generalist Manager to work in their new UK office.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR operational service in the UK, delivering advice and guidance to managers and employees, and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Section Head of HR, the ideal candidate should have a degree in human resource or related area, CIPD qualification, excellent organization skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

HR Generalist Manager Main Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the HR management team and wider business to provide a comprehensive and professional service
* Ensure legal compliance with UK employment laws
* Participate in HR projects as required
* Assist in developing and updating electronic and manual filing system for all files and documents, including personal employee information
* Prepare, update and submit information for both Medical and Life Insurance and liaises with insurance brokers as required
* Collect and collate information required to prepare payroll, including time sheets, leave records and sickness absence records
* Assist in recruitment including coordination with agencies and managers, arranging interviews and preparing offers and contracts
* Assist in coordination of visa, travelling and logistics arrangements for new joiners
* Collect and collate information and data for training and development and assists in travelling and logistics arrangements for training programs
* Assist in preparing information for reports and audits as required
* Take minutes of HR internal meetings, drafts minutes for approval and distributes
* Prepare a range of documents, including routine correspondence, standard forms, spreadsheets and power point presentations
* Screen visitors and callers; receive and relay messages; and arrange appointments and schedules meetings as required
* Assist in arrangements for business trips for HR staff, including preparing and submitting travel request forms and booking hotels
* Carry out range of other similar or related duties as required
HR Generalist Manager Ideal Candidate:
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the oil and gas industry but candidates at all levels will be considered
* Degree in human resource or related area, or substantial relevant experience is required
* Mandarin language skills (preferred)
* CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
* Excellent keyboard skills and proficient in the use of standard software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
* Experience in HR, preferably in the oil and gas industry
* Proficient in English both written and oral, Mandarin would be an advantage
