Overview:
We are looking for a superstar National Account Manager to manage our Asda & Morrisons business. You will be part of the UK Grocery team within the UK Sales team and will report to the Channel Controller - Grocery based in Frimley.
Responsibilities:
* Relentlessly pursue growth opportunities in your customer. Define and execute customer strategies, rally the team, and share updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Agree & implement yearly sales plans to deliver sales, profit, and ROI. Employ innovative solutions to meet targets, manage trade terms, price increases & promotional plans.
* Accurately forecast financial and demand data, track performance, and manage administrative tasks.
* Live the values of LSB, collaborate with team members, and promote a positive culture.
* Share best practices and support team goals.
Experience you'll bring:
* Solid account management experience within Grocery / FMCG
* Proven ability to build sales plans and negotiate business strategies
* Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally
* Commercial savvy with P&L management experience
