Client & Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact for escalations, service reviews and strategic planning.
* Lead client meetings, site inspections, and ensure proactive communication on service performance and improvements.
Business Development
* Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and new business within the region.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Sales and bid teams to support tender submissions, pricing proposals, and site transitions.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Implement and monitor KPIs, prepare quality and performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Resource & Financial Management
* Manage staffing plans, recruitment, and resource allocation across sites.
* Control budgets related to labour, supplies, and equipment; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service delivery.

* Proven experience in an operational or regional management role within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, retail or hospitality sector.
* Strong track record managing multiple sites and leading teams across dispersed locations.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience in account growth or business development.
* Solid understanding of cleaning standards, equipment, health & safety compliance, and quality reporting.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Southwest

* Because we value our colleagues, we want to recruit more employees just like them, which is why we have our employee referral scheme.
* Dedicated learning and development team. We take pride in developing our colleagues and some examples of this include our In-House Driver Development Programme and internal promotions. Many of our Senior Leadership Team have developed from Operational roles, such as one of our Contract Managers who started as a Street Cleanser.
* Employee recognition ‘Stand Out Award’ and long service awards. To celebrate our colleagues wherever they are on their journey with us, we recognise and celebrate talent.
* We recognise that everyone is different and strive to create an environment that supports all colleagues through flexible working.
