Team Leader Bryson Care Belfast £15.69 per hour | Permanent | 30 hours per week Location: Belfast (Office Based) Rota:Monday to Friday - 9.30am-3.30pm About the Role Bryson Care is recruiting a Team Leader to support the effective management and delivery of our care services in Belfast. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for co-ordinating referrals and supporting the day-to-day operational running of the service, ensuring compliance with best practice and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager in the operational management of Bryson Care services Coordinate and manage referrals in line with service capacity, client needs, and organisational procedures Ensure all referrals and service delivery comply with statutory, regulatory, and best practice standards Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding referrals and service provision Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and data protection policies Promote a person-centred approach to care for older people and individuals with disabilities or mental health needs Contribute to service quality improvement and effective team working Essential Criteria Minimum 12 months paid experience managing referrals within a domiciliary or social care setting QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care, or willingness to complete within 12 months of starting employment Knowledge of the needs of older people, people with disabilities, and/or mental health needs Flexible approach to working hours Desirable Criteria Full, clean UK driving licence Knowledge of referral systems and referral management processes Closing date for receipt of completed applications is: Thursday 30th April 2026 at 12noon We reserve the right to close this role early.
