* Leadership including running daily and weekly team meetings (5), conducting one-to-ones, training, coaching and performance reviews
* CRM, Systems and Process: managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function
* Workflow management: allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions
* Creating Sales Reports and Documents such as strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking
* Developing Sales Collateral such as proposals, presentations and sales documents
* Working with Directors on team strategy and improvement

This would be a great fit for someone with transferrable experience either directly in sales or in a team leadership or management role, such as conducting one-to-ones, setting KPIs and managing performance, or similar.
