We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in our Farnborough office .You’ll need excellent planning, project management, and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to support and execute integrated campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and routes to market. Your ability to coordinate efforts and drive results will be key to campaign success. Our Benefits: 10% Bonus Scheme 24 days holiday increasing with service and we want you to take them Pay Care Scheme Workplace Pension Gym and café on site Free parking Beer fridge and excellent social events Supportive and engaging working environment, with opportunities for promotion and career developmen t As the Marketing Executive, you will: Provide marketing and communication support for marketing, vendor managers and sales teams Support in webinars and events organisation Manage stock control of all promotional and branded items Collaborate with different suppliers and partners Work across multiple channels, such as email, organic social media, and paid social media to support creation, scheduling, execution, and measurement of campaigns Maintain campaign schedules and calendars Build and monitor workflows in HubSpot Have strong data & analytical skills, running and analysing reports in HubSpot and Salesforce Be confident in liaising the broader Marketing team to provide actionable feedback on campaign performance Have a good understanding of GDPR regulations and data management protocols Have basic copywriting skills The ideal Marketing Executive will: Be able to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently Have previous experience of managing CRM and email marketing systems Have e xcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation Be proficient in MS365 - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Have experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress is a plus Have good communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail Good Luck!
