Event Administrator

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Event Administrator to join a successful and rapidly expanding events company focused on the financial services sector. As part of the new Client Success team, this client-facing, operations-driven role involves administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth event execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes coordination and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client materials, onboarding documents, and schedules for 1-2-1 meetings
* Draft and finalize sponsor-facing documents such as meeting summaries and connectivity brochures
* Manage and update the event networking app, monitor engagement, and troubleshoot issues
* Assist Client Success Managers with sponsor liaison and meeting logistics
* Respond professionally to delegate and sponsor inquiries
* Maintain accurate administrative records and support event reporting
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, project support, or administrative roles
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines systematically
* Experience dealing with corporate clients and internal teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems
* Willingness to travel internationally for events

* Hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in the London office)
* Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
