In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.
How you create impact
1. Processing consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick's online booking portal Quickonline, including routing, service classification, deadline establishment, and job order printing.
2. Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined for non-EU destinations.
3. Providing clients with status notifications and follow-ups regarding flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, and resolutions.
4. Monitoring and responding to client emails via shared mailboxes.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Calculating and arranging temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
6. Tracking and tracing consignments, providing status updates, and processing daily reports and manifests.
