The Roles Role 1: Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Property
Requirement: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters
Handling acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements
Providing high-quality legal advice on planning, construction and financing matters within commercial development
Drafting and negotiating legal documents including:
Leases
Sale & Purchase Agreements
Overage Agreements
Promotion Agreements
Pre-emption Agreements
Development Contracts
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, developers and third-party advisors
Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on complex matters
Essential Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
