Social Worker required for the 0-25 CWD Service 🧑🦽
Hybrid: 3 days on site 🏢
Key Responsibilities 📝
Assessment & Safeguarding 🔍
Receive and investigate referrals for children with disabilities.
Assess safety and risk and develop safety plans where needed ⚠️.
Case Management 📂
Complete paperwork for resource panels.
Multi-Agency Work 🤝
Work with police, schools, health, and legal services.
Recording & Reporting 🗂️
Keep accurate, timely case records.
Produce clear and concise assessments and reports.
Support & Intervention 🧩
Provide practical advice on long-term outcomes and care options.
Essential Requirements ⭐
Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years PQE 🎓
Strong assessment and court experience ⚖️
Able to work effectively with multiple agencies 🤲
Must have a car and access to own transport 🚗
Must provide references to Compliance & Documents tabs 📁
Agency ID badge required for successful candidates 🪪

Additional Duties 📘
Manage caseloads requiring social care or youth justice input.

Work flexibly across the county, including some evenings/weekends 🌙📅.
Experienced in s47 and s17 processes.
