Person specification Training and Qualifications Essential criteria Btec, City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences General Pharmaceutical Council registered Pharmacy Technician. Experience Essential criteria To demonstrate the required skills, knowledge and training to fulfil the requirements of the post. Clear understanding of the role of the technician in medicines homecare management services Desirable criteria Experience of pharmacy related aspects of medicines homecare. Communication and relationship Essential criteria Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a wide range of staff Demonstrates diplomacy in handling difficult staff situations Analytical and Judgement Skill Essential criteria To be able to demonstrate competency under pressure Ability to problem solve independantly other Essential criteria Flexibility - will be required to participate in 7 day shift working by rota.
