Data/Exams Officer – Sheffield Employer: Teaching Personnel Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Contract: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90 - £110 per day About the Role Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data/Exams Officer to support one of our partner secondary schools in the Sheffield area. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate student data and ensuring the smooth delivery of all internal and external exams. Key Responsibilities Data Management Maintain and update student records on MIS systems (e.g., SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom) Produce accurate reports for leaders, teachers, and external bodies Support the analysis of assessment and attendance data Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding requirements Exams Administration Oversee the planning and running of internal and external examinations Liaise with exam boards, invigilators, and school staff Manage exam entries, timetables, rooming, and secure materials Recruit and coordinate invigilators Ensure adherence to JCQ and school regulations About You Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using school MIS and data platforms Able to meet deadlines, particularly during exam periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in school data or exams administration is desirable but not essential What We Offer Competitive pay through Teaching Personnel Supportive professional development opportunities A positive and collaborative school environment The chance to make a meaningful impact in a busy, rewarding role How to Apply Kindly apply with your CV attached or email your CV to All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
