A well-respected primary school in Birmingham is looking to recruit a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, term-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience supporting children with a range of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You’ll work closely with class teachers, the school’s SEN team, and external specialists to deliver personalised support to individual students and small groups. Your role will be key in helping students access learning, build their confidence, and develop vital social and emotional skills in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
