As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and repair of high‑precision sheet metal components used in aircraft and aerospace structures. This is a hands‑on role requiring expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to strict aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment including shears, brakes, presses, and CNC machinery.
* Perform drilling, riveting, and fastening operations to create secure, durable metal assemblies.
* Repair and modify aircraft components, ensuring all work meets exacting aerospace standards.
* Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with tight tolerances.
* Collaborate closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve fabrication challenges.
* Maintain a safe, organised workspace and adhere to all PPE and safety protocols.
* Document processes, material usage, and inspection results accurately.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ sheet‑metal experience, ideally in aerospace.
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency with aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, and other aerospace materials.
* Experience with precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, and height gauges.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Physical ability to handle large metal sheets and work in various positions.
