We're looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, covering sites across Westbury, Frome, Bath, and the surrounding local areas.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground for our office and contract managers. You'll check in with staff to make sure cleaning standards and health & safety are met, keep supplies in order, and — most importantly — step in to cover staff absences so sites are never left uncovered. At times, you may also be the first person on-site at new contracts, helping to set standards until a permanent team is in place.
Hours & Pay
* £14.00 per hour
* 10 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 5:30pm–7:30pm, term-time only (approx. 39 weeks per year)
* Term-time role with overtime available: during half term, school holidays, and when covering absences (may require starting before 5:30pm)
* Travel between sites required (company van & fuel card provided)
* Immediate start available
About the role
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, your role is to keep things running smoothly across our sites and help us maintain our ISO accreditations. Duties include:
* Acting as the link between on-site teams and management, feeding back any issues
* Carrying out spot checks to make sure cleaning standards and health & safety compliance are maintained
* Checking in with staff to ensure high standards are delivered
* Monitoring cleaning cupboards and stock levels
* Providing hands-on cleaning support when required
* Covering staff absences across sites (core responsibility)
* Occasionally starting up new contracts — cleaning on-site and setting standards until the permanent team is recruited and trained
What we're looking for
* Cleaning Supervisor experience is required
* Strong understanding of cleaning standards and health & safety compliance
* Reliable, flexible, and happy to travel between sites
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, hands-on approach
