The Role:
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN

2. Assist in implementing individualized learning plans

3. Encourage positive behavior and social development

4. Observe and report on students’ progress

5. Learn practical strategies for working with children with diverse needs

What We’re Looking For:

6. A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in education and SEN

7. Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives

8. Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professional skills

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
