The Role:
1. Provide remote and on-site second-line IT support to internal users across multiple locations
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly
3. Maintain and monitor core IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and cloud services
4. Install and configure new hardware and software with minimal disruption to operations
5. Contribute to cybersecurity efforts by supporting patch management and promoting best practices
6. Assist senior engineers on larger-scale projects and more complex technical problems
7. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and timely resolution of support tickets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
8. Experience in an IT support, service desk, or helpdesk role (1st or 2nd line)
9. Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and common business applications
10. Familiarity with Microsoft, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud technologies
11. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
13. Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-first attitude
14. Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage
