As a trusted advisor and change agent, you will lead on the design and delivery of innovative organisational development (OD) strategies that support cultural transformation, workforce engagement, and leadership capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the development and implementation of a forward-looking OD strategy aligned with corporate priorities and workforce planning.
* Partner with senior leaders to embed a high-performance culture and inclusive leadership practices.
* Lead on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement through evidence-based interventions and continuous improvement.
* Use data and insights to evaluate OD impact and inform strategic decision-making.
* Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all organisational development activities.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A strategic thinker with a strong track record in organisational development, ideally within the public sector.
* Experienced in leading complex change and transformation programmes.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels.
* Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a deep understanding of OD theory and practice.
