Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Domestic Plumber to join a growing team of engineers. The role will involve carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of commercial and residential sites.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Duties
The Plumber will be responsible for:
* Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
* Installing and repairing hot and cold water systems
* Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults efficiently
* Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
* Working on systems including pipework, sanitaryware, valves, pumps and drainage
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
* Accurately completing service reports and job documentation
* Liaising with site managers, clients and other engineers when required
* Providing a professional and reliable service to clients
Requirements
* Proven experience as a commercial and/or domestic plumber
* Experience with maintenance and installation work
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and pipework
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent preferred)
* Full UK driving licence

* Salary: £45,000
