Role and responsibilities
* As a HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our operational teams, delivering expert guidance on employee relations and supporting line managers to drive performance and engagement.
* Day-to-day you’ll be: advising line managers and employees on HR and ER matters such as absence, performance and investigations
* Delivering HR projects including consultations, engagement activities and training
* Supporting policy implementation and change management initiatives
* Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering team on ad hoc tasks
* Acting as a role model for Babcock’s values and principles
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three days in the office/onsite and two days working from home.
Essential experience
* Providing Employee Relations advice and employment law guidance
* Interpreting and implementing corporate policies
* Working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Leading local change management initiatives
* Navigating unionised environments with confidence
Qualifications

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
