Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Educational Psychologist. The Senior Educational Psychologist will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing psychological strategies that support the mental health and educational needs of individuals. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop special education programs and improve learning outcomes. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying psychological challenges and implementing tailored interventions to foster growth and success in educational settings.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in Educational Psychology, including assessment and intervention techniques.
* Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with a focus on psychological principles relevant to education and emotional well-being.
* Experience in Education and Special Education, with knowledge of systems and practices that support diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Ability to conduct research and utilise data to inform practices and decisions in educational settings.
* Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
* Relevant certification or licensure as a practising psychologist in alignment with industry and regional standards.
* Experience in virtual consultations and remote support is a plus.
