Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a proven Lead or Senior BI Analyst, Data Analytics Lead, or Senior Power BI Developer with experience managing or mentoring BI Analysts. You should possess advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and data modeling. A strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and tools such as Databricks is essential. Familiarity with Python (Pandas/PySpark) and Git/CI/CD processes is also required. Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail are necessary, along with experience in housing, construction, or ERP/CRM systems such as COINS, Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, which would be advantageous. Responsibilities: As the Lead BI Analyst, you will take ownership of the reporting and data insight function, leading a small team of BI Analysts and managing workloads, performance, and development. You will oversee the design and delivery of accurate, consistent, and visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. You will own the full reporting lifecycle—from data extraction and modeling through to delivery and presentation. Additionally, you will drive BI best practices to improve data quality, design standards, and automation, while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical requirements. Furthermore, you will support and enhance our enterprise data architecture, governance, and documentation.
