Responsibilities

* Management of medications.
* Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team.
* Providing training and support to your team.
* In charge of the care home out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.


Qualifications

* Registered Nurse, RGN or RMN, with an active NMC PIN
* Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
* Experience supervising or leading a team
* Confidence managing a shift independently
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of care

Work Details

Contract: Part Time

Salary: £24.75 per hour

Shift type: Dayshift

Contracted hours: 28 per week (7 hours over 4 days), shift work including weekends & bank holidays

Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear progression into Clinical Lead and Management roles within a well‑led, supportive environment where your clinical expertise is recognised and developed.


Location

A purpose‑built care home located in the heart of the Margate community in Kent. Our 68‑bed luxury service provides exceptional levels of Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Respite Care.
