Salary: £51,356 to £54,495 per annum (BWMAT Scale K)
Permanent, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance and business management professional to take on a broad, senior role at the heart of our Trust family of schools.
As Regional Hub Business Lead, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of your Hub’s financial and business performance, and its supporting operational delivery model. You will act as the business partner to Headteachers, providing strategic advice to directly affect educational outcomes for pupils.
This is a commercial role with real scope and variety, focused on delivering best value for Hub schools, identifying new income opportunities, and driving cost efficiencies in a challenging funding environment. It is a role for someone who combines financial expertise with strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to the Trust’s vision and values.
