As a Production Operator, you'll be a vital member of our shift team, taking ownership and responsibility for machines, equipment, and processes in your area.
What are we looking for?
* Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
* Communication: Fluent English verbal and written skills.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Mindset: Strong safety and quality focus.
* Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team.
What would be your key responsibilities?
* Starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, and cleaning equipment.
* Performing basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks, and inspections.
* Utilizing basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
* Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.
* Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes.
* Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers.
* Repair mechanical breakdowns using your trained knowledge and experience.
