Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking qualified social workers who:
7. Are registered with Social Work England and have completed their ASYE
8. Are confident in adult social care practice, with an understanding of the Care Act, safeguarding, and strengths-based approaches
9. Have experience working with older adults and/or people with physical disabilities
10. Are collaborative, reflective, and committed to professional growth
11. Embrace new ideas and technologies to improve outcomes
