Our amazing #TeamCraigewan is seeking a new Service Lead to join us on a permanent full-time basis (39 hours per week). It's an exciting time to join as our services continue to evolve across the North Aberdeenshire area.
The Role
You will become part of a supportive and dedicated management team providing coaching and mentoring to our largest Housing Support service in Peterhead. Reporting to the Branch Leader, you will lead your service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Service Leads and Lead Practitioners within the branch to ensure consistency and share good practices. This role also involves taking on Registered Manager responsibilities.

The Service
Craigewan is a purpose-built facility home to 11 individuals with learning disabilities, each living in their own self-contained flat. Our well-established, fully staffed, and dedicated team works together to deliver the best support possible.
About you
While having your SCQF level 9 and PDA in management is desirable, it is not essential for the right candidate. We are committed to developing our colleagues and will fund your qualifications through our Training Academy to meet SSSC requirements.

Shift patterns
This role involves an off-rotas schedule, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work based on service needs. On-call duties will also be part of the rotation.
