Position - Delivery Manager
Location - London, England ( REMOTE)

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager with a solid background in finance and accounting to lead projects focused on financial systems, process improvement, and digital transformation. You’ll ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget, while aligning with financial regulations and business goals.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in managing complex projects or programs, ideally in transformation, automation, or digital delivery environments.
* Knowledge in O2C, P2P, R2R
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience with automation tools or digital platforms (e.g., RPA, AI, ERP systems) is an advantage.
* Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic outcomes.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, actively identifying and managing risks or issues.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout delivery.
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure the right resources are in place and project activities stay on track.
* Follow and enforce best-practice project management approaches (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), ensuring consistency and governance.
