Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Operative located in Gosport. The candidate will ensure maximum effectiveness of all production time available on Thermoforming manufacturing equipment. To assist in setting excellent standards in behaviour and conduct for the team. To fault find and rectify issues, where possible and within capability. Notify and support engineering in resolving technical issues. To provide training and support to other team members and participate in continuous improvements for the business.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Manufacturing environment
* Experience operating machinery
* Proficiency in Quality Control processes
* Ability to participate in and conduct Training sessions
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
