This multi-skilled engineer role sits within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties — helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities.

Responsibilities
* Work across carpentry, plumbing and plastering in void properties to prepare homes for new customers and maintain high standards
* Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service
* Communicate confidently and work collaboratively within a team

* A full UK driving licence

Additional Requirements
* You must have the right to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)

* Salary: £34,612.80 per year, with an annual salary review
* Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
