We are seeking an organised and proactive Dual Site Administration & Stores Manager to lead administrative operations and engineering stores functions across two locations. This role plays a key part in supporting operational performance by ensuring efficient business support services, strong stock control, and effective management of engineering materials.
So, what’s the role about?
Your main responsibility will be to oversee administrative and engineering stores operations across both sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and consistent ways of working.
You will lead and manage administration and engineering stores teams across two locations, ensuring accurate stock control, effective inventory management, and the consistent availability of engineering materials. The role involves developing and maintaining standardised administrative and stores procedures while working closely with engineering, procurement, and operational teams to support business needs. You will monitor stock usage to support forecasting, budgeting, and cost control, ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across administrative and stores processes.
What are the skills required?
1. Proven experience within administration, stores management, or operational support leadership.
2. Experience managing stock control or inventory systems.
3. Previous team leadership and people management experience.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites.
5. Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach.
6. Strong IT skills and experience using administrative or inventory systems.
7. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environments (desirable).
