WerelookingforahighlyorganisedandreliableStockAdministratortojoinabusycommercialoperation.Thisisakeyadministrativerolesupportingstockcontrol,goodsin/outprocessing,andinternalordermovementstoensurethesmoothrunningofwarehouseanddistributionactivities.
Youllberesponsibleforaccuratedataentry,stockdocumentation,andcommunicationacrossdepartmentsincludingsales,warehouse,andpurchasing.

AccuratelyprocessstockpicknotesforcustomerandbranchtransferordersusingERPstockcontrolsystems
Inputsupplierdeliverynotesandpurchaseorders,ensuringcorrectweightsandmeasurementsarerecorded
Updateinternalstocklocationchangesacrosswarehouses,customers,andbranches
Produceandissuedeliverynotesforoutgoinggoods
Distributeandcommunicatestockpaperworktointernalteams
Recordandmaintaintransportmanifestsforlocal,national,andthird-partydeliveries
Respondtostock-relatedqueriesviaphone,email,andface-to-facecommunication
Supportstockreturnstosuppliers
Scanandfilesupplierdocumentationandmaterialcertificates
