What you will do: Carry out Community DoLS assessments, carefully analysing restrictions and potential deprivation of liberty. Apply the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and DoLS legislation to ensure lawful and person-centred practice. Complete Care Act assessments and develop outcome-focused support plans that promote independence and the least restrictive options. Produce high-quality assessment reports with clear, evidence-based analysis. Work collaboratively with service users, families, care providers, and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes. Manage your workload effectively to ensure timely visits, assessments, and documentation.
