My client is a well-established and growing heating, plumbing, and electrical company based in Salisbury. They've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service across Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Dorset - and are now looking to strengthen their commercial division with a skilled and motivated Oil Engineer.
In this role, you'll work within a 25-mile radius of Salisbury, meaning no long-distance travel and more time at home. You'll carry out installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial oil systems, while also supporting occasional domestic projects. The role offers as much overtime as you want to maximise earnings, and the business provides training to develop your expertise further - including other OFTEC qualifications, gas qualifications, and broader commercial systems.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated Commercial Oil Engineer who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being part of a supportive, growing team. You'll be proactive, detail-focused, and committed to doing things right the first time.
The Person:
OFTEC 201 qualified (essential)
Experience working on commercial oil heating systems
Strong technical knowledge and fault-finding ability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid UK driving licence
Based within 25 miles of Salisbury
The Role:
Service, maintenance, and installation of commercial oil heating systems
Occasional domestic work as required
Fault-finding, testing, and repairs
Working locally within 25 miles of Salisbury
Overtime available to boost earnings
Training available for other OFTEC qualifications, gas, and commercial systems
