Wren Hall Nursing Home is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our catering team and ensure our Family members (residents) and little Wrens Nursery and preschool enjoy a high-quality dining experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare well-balanced, nutritious meals tailored to family members needs and preferences.
Order, manage, and maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring freshness and cost-effectiveness.
Lead, support, and develop the catering team through effective management and ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Ensure the dining experience at Wren Hall consistently meets the highest standards of presentation, taste, and hygiene.

Ensure nutritious and varied food choices are provided in line with our Residents and Children likes and preferences, leasing with relevant others to ascertain their likes and dislikes and organise the menu accordingly.
Prepare a varied of textured modified meals for those individuals with swallowing difficulties.
