* Job title: Digital Planner/Administrator
* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
* Weekend rota: 1 in every 2–3 weekends (Saturday or Sunday evening, 8:00 pm – 1:00 am)
* Salary: To be discussed depending on skills and experience, with company benefits

Responsibilities
* Accurate data entry onto various systems
* Designing and amending work zones on our digital platform system
* Preparation of customer reports

* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills and confident phone manner
* Good organisational and time-keeping skills
* Proficient in the use of a PC, the Microsoft Office suite and software and the ability to work with other business systems
* Some understanding and working knowledge of Excel
* An ability to work within a high-performing, fast-moving team
* An ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Right to work in the UK unsponsored
* An ability to work under your own initiative and within a team
* Highly motivated and have an enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to learn new software
