Senior Receptionist/Administrator – Mollison Way Surgery, Salary £26,325 (dependent on experience), 37.5 hours/week.
Responsibilities
* Support the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
* Develop efficient management systems and delegate tasks appropriately.
* Promote the development and maintenance of a quality learning environment throughout the practice.
* Deputise for the Practice Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the surgery.
* Ensure the effective processing of all administrative work and liaise appropriately with the reception and administration team.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
* Essential reception or customer care experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic PC skills – Word, Excel, email.
* Experience working in an NHS or GP practice and using System One desirable.
* Ability to work within processes and procedures, maintaining data security.
* Willingness to work within a team and take on delegated responsibilities.
