Core Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery: Teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE), with opportunities to deliver Core Maths or A-Level Mathematics (Pure, Statistics, and Mechanics) for suitable candidates.
2. Numeracy Mastery: Breaking down complex topics—from algebraic manipulation and geometric proof to probability and statistical analysis—into digestible, high-impact lessons.
3. Data-Driven Instruction: Using regular formative assessment to identify gaps in understanding, providing targeted interventions that ensure no student is left behind.
4. Contextual Learning: Linking mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios, including personal finance, engineering, and the local industries of the North Yorkshire coast.
