Make your mark at Boskalis Subsea Services as IT Office Support. You will play a key part providing hands on high quality IT support across the organization. This role requires strong technical and problem solving skills along with communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role covers all aspects of IT Support, taking ownership of issues from start to finish and working directly with those effected to minimize disruption to the business. A large part of the role involves supporting, assisting with and delivering training on the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint and Power BI.
The IT Office Support position will also work closely with the Group IT department, ensuring that local needs are aligned with group wide systems, standards and initiatives.
Your Main responsibilities as a IT Office Support :
* Deliver hands-on IT Support to users at all levels of the business. Providing both remote and face to face support.
* Act as a key escalation point for IT incidents from initial investigation through to resolution ensuring communication with stakeholders throughout.
* Work directly with end users to support SharePoint usage, site structure, permissions as well as providing practical guidance and tailored training.
* Assist end users with Power BI access and usage, including report navigation, data refresh issues and basic troubleshooting.
* Provide hands on support for end users hardware and software including laptops, mobiles, printers, meeting room equipment and core business applications.
* Provide assistance to Group IT to troubleshoot user account, access, permissions and networking issues.
* Work with Group IT and external suppliers to escalat issues, participate in local and group projects and ensure consistent and reliable IT services.

* Minimum of 2-3 years IT Service Desk experience.
* Acceptance and understanding of dealing with all levels of Business.
* Strong problem solving skills.
