We are currently seeking a Complex Needs Support Worker to play a vital role in our Wandsworth & Richmond and Domestic Abuse Service.
Your Role
As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, 1:1 support to service users facing multiple challenges, including:
* Substance misuse
* Exiting sex work
* Domestic abuse
* Co-existing issues such as low-level mental health needs
Your responsibilities will include:
* Exploring and addressing service users' needs
* Making referrals to relevant services
* Collaborating with social services, safeguarding leads, and mental health teams
* Contributing to multi-agency meetings
* Maintaining accurate case notes and completing assessments
* Reviewing safety plans
* Overseeing housing maintenance and ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
This role requires working Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 2 PM each week.

Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in safeguarding and supporting people with complex needs
* Knowledge of domestic abuse, substance misuse, sex work, and mental health
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empower survivors
* A desire to develop skills and training
