The Role Working closely with pastoral leads and safeguarding staff, you will support the school’s attendance strategy by: Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality Making first-day absence calls and home visits (with pastoral support) Updating attendance on SIMS/Arbor Producing reports for Heads of Year and SLT Coordinating attendance meetings and improvement plans Working with external agencies when required The School With strong pastoral systems, this Good-rated school has a dedicated safeguarding and welfare hub.
