Role Overview
The Healthcare Staffing Programme seeks a National Clinical Lead for MHLD Community to support the development of a staffing level tool for this service, aligned with the Health & Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019. The post involves working with Health Boards to improve workload and workforce planning, developing, testing, and implementing a staffing level tool that considers multi-professional approaches and digital solutions to reduce data capture burden. The role provides clinical leadership to ensure workforce decisions support the safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care for patients across Scotland.
