ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our diverse organisation. This role requires someone to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand the nuances of our business, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and management of an applicant tracking system. Ideally you will have experience of working within a wider People team and collaborating on People projects.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs for their teams and help them develop effective recruitment strategies
* Assist with the production of accurate job descriptions that help attract great candidates to ABBA Voyage
* Source candidates for roles across the business, managing and using various sourcing methods
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer
* Work with the local boroughs to ensure that our hourly paid vacancies are advertised with them and start to build pipelines for potential applicants
* Work with your colleagues in the People team to build our employee value proposition, making ABBA Voyage an employer of choice
* Implement and manage our applicant tracking system
* Work on cross functional projects in collaboration with the wider People team including employee engagement and Internal communications
