What you’ll do… Lead and manage governance approval forums: chair meetings, document minutes, challenge proposals, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Drive first-line compliance with Consumer Duty, supporting both BAU activities and project-based initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of accountability and transparency. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess customer outcomes and business impact. Support the development of training and awareness materials to promote understanding of compliance standards. Maintain accurate records and evidence of governance decisions and outcomes. What you’ll need… Financial Services Experience – Proven background in governance, compliance, or risk roles. Consumer Duty Knowledge – Clear understanding of the FCA’s expectations and practical implementation. Insurance Insight – Familiarity with personal lines products and trading models. Stakeholder Savvy – Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate across teams. Detail-Oriented & Agile – Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.
