Position details: Band C. Annualised hours: 417.5 - 536 (including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
Flexible fractional, fixed-term contract until 11 May 2026.
Salary scales: Associate Lecturer Scales 1 - 4, £25,372 - £29,942 per annum, pro rata; Main Grade Scales 1 - UP1, £32,304 - £46,432 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges, based at Afan College.
About you: Ideally, you should possess a level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, relevant industrial experience, and a teaching qualification. A level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and IT literacy at level 2 are also required. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
