We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious coach drivers to join our friendly team and become part of our UK European tour operations programme. As one of the UK's leading coach tour operators we are looking for drivers who enjoy working with people, have a flexible schedule and enjoy European and UK travel.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Caledonian, it is essential that you have a pleasant nature and you take great pride in providing excellent customer service, you must be willing to go the extra mile to improve the customer experience.
You must have a passion for customer service and be able to maintain professional and polite communication with customers at all times.
Essential requirements
* You must be in possession of a full PCV licence, driver CPC and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
* You enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact during every customer contact.
* A good listener who has a natural instinct to assess customer needs and resolve queries.
* A great communicator, with a collaborative approach
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Organised and able to prioritise workload.
* You have a positive, can-do attitude
